By using WritePro AI, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. Service
WritePro AI provides AI-assisted writing tools such as grammar correction, professional email drafting, rewriting, translation, shortening, expansion, subject-line generation, and related features.
3. Accounts
- You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
- You must provide accurate account information.
- You may delete your account from app settings or by using our deletion request page.
4. AI Output
AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your specific use. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before using them, especially for legal, financial, medical, HR, contractual, or sensitive business communication.
5. Prohibited Use
You must not use WritePro AI to create or distribute unlawful, harmful, abusive, deceptive, infringing, hateful, spammy, or harmful content.
6. User Content
You are responsible for the text, audio, and content you submit. Do not submit confidential or sensitive information unless you have the right to do so.
7. Availability
We aim to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
8. Changes
We may add, remove, limit, or modify features, usage limits, or access rules to improve the app, control abuse, or manage operating costs.
9. Limitation of Liability
WritePro AI is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from use of AI outputs, service interruptions, user mistakes, or reliance on generated content.
