1. Overview
WritePro AI is an AI writing assistant that helps users rewrite, improve, translate, shorten, expand, and draft professional text.
2. Information We Collect
- Account information: name, email address, Firebase user ID, email verification status, and authentication identifiers.
- User input: text entered for rewriting, translation, grammar correction, email drafting, subject-line creation, or similar tools.
- Voice input: if voice features are used, audio may be sent for transcription and AI processing.
- Technical information: request metadata, IP address, device/app request headers, error logs, and security logs may be processed for reliability and abuse prevention.
- Usage data: request counts or usage-limit records may be used to manage service cost and prevent misuse.
3. How We Use Information
- To provide AI writing, rewriting, translation, grammar correction, and transcription features.
- To create, verify, secure, and manage accounts.
- To operate, debug, protect, and improve the app and backend service.
- To prevent spam, abuse, excessive automated usage, and unauthorized access.
- To respond to support, privacy, and account deletion requests.
4. AI Processing
User text and voice input may be processed through backend services and AI providers to generate the requested output. Do not submit passwords, financial details, government IDs, private keys, medical records, or other highly sensitive information.
5. Local History
WritePro AI may save generated content or history locally on your device for convenience. Local data may be removed by clearing app data, deleting saved history where available, or deleting your account through the app.
6. Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We may share data with service providers only as needed to operate authentication, hosting, backend infrastructure, AI processing, support, and security features.
7. Data Retention
We keep account information while your account is active. Some technical logs may be retained for security, debugging, and abuse prevention. When you delete your account, we delete your app account and associated app data under our control unless retention is required for security, fraud prevention, legal, or regulatory reasons.
8. Account Deletion
You can delete your account inside the app from Settings → Delete Account. If you cannot access the app, email support@writeproai.in or use the Delete Account page.
9. Children
WritePro AI is not intended for children under 13 years of age.
